Information you choose to provide
When you submit the contact form, your name, work email, organization, topic and enquiry are sent to our server and then to Resend for email delivery to contact@kairoscro.com. The website does not store enquiries in a database. Email service providers and the recipient mailbox may retain the message and delivery records. Alternatively, you may prepare an email draft in your own email application. Please do not send patient data or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, evaluate potential business relationships, and manage related communications. Information may also be processed to protect systems and meet applicable obligations. Any clinical study data processing must be governed by a separate agreement.
Website technology and hosting
This website does not add advertising cookies or analytics scripts of its own. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser. It contains no identifying or contact information. Leadership videos connect to YouTube only after you select Play. YouTube may then process device and connection information or use browser storage under its own policies. Hosting infrastructure may process standard connection information such as IP address, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. Private preview access may require hosting-provider authentication.
Service providers and international access
Resend processes contact-form information for email delivery. Business email and hosting providers may also process information for their services. Depending on the provider and engagement, processing may occur in different countries. Study-specific international transfers and safeguards must be assessed and agreed separately.
Retention and security
Business correspondence is retained as needed for the enquiry, relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask about retention or request deletion. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information; no communication method can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
Contact contact@kairoscro.com to request access, correction, deletion, or information about handling your personal information. Applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances. Identity and request scope may need to be confirmed.
Children and medical information
This is a business information website, not a patient portal or trial-enrolment service. It is not directed to children. Do not use it to submit medical records, emergency requests, or adverse event reports.
